Yoga classes from May

We are happy to announce that we will be starting a YOGA program at our hombu "main" dojo at Kachi Karate. Our instructor, Clarisa, will be taking you through an hour of Vinyasa Yoga. Classes will be held every Friday, from 5:45 to 6:45 PM, starting on May 2nd, 2014.
